This Maplin Premium VGA D-Sub Male Monitor Cable uses DE-15 (D-sub) connectors, which are commonly found on computer hardware to allow you to attach a display to your system. Three rows of 5 pins make up the connector itself with twin thumb screws used to keep the connector secure when in use. VGA cables carry analogue video signals only and do not carry sound.
